What can I do about it? | A#2: Innapropriate, racist, sexual, or undesirable message use of any type, is expressly forbidden on our site. Contact us and in extreme cases, the member can incur a lifetime ban from our site. In lesser cases, the person can face warnings, or shorter bans. | |

Q#5:Its ok to share my account with flatmates or friends right? |
A#5: In short, no, it is forbidden, in our terms and conditions. Any person found to have done this, could face bans lasting up to a lifetime, and in extreme cases where a persons account login details have been distributed to others, the owner of the account could find themselves permanently blocked.

| Q#6: I go to Tenancy Forums, and there is no articles, what can I do to see articles. | A#6: At the top of the Forums page, you have a few tabs, one is titled INDEX, by clicking on INDEX, you will open up all of the Forum Categories. | Q#7: My landlord/Tenancy Agent is definitely acting badly, and I cant warn people about him/her because he/she refuses to sign the disclosure form, is there anything I can do?? | A#7:Absolutely, although we cannot let you rate that Landlord or Tenancy Agent, anybody on our site, through the "resources" tab found on the home page, can search, and access, findings on Tenancy Tribunal Court proceedings. Here you can search for landlords/Tenancy Agents by name, or address of the rental property, and see if there has been court proceedings that they were involved in. This is a second way, to see if the Landlord/Tenancy Agent acts honourably. |
